Before you order
Common questions
How fast can you turn around an HOA newsletter mailing?
Send the mailing deadline, quantity, format and list requirements. We confirm production and the USPS handoff date for the job. Call about urgent availability; handoff to USPS is separate from delivery to residents.
How is mailing preparation confirmed?
The supplied list and selected mailing service determine preparation, postage and available records. Review those details in the quote before approving the edition.
Can you handle ballot and proxy mailings for board elections?
Yes. Supply approved ballot and proxy content, envelope specifications, quantities, versions and mailing instructions. Confirm available records for the selected service with the shop.
What file formats do you accept for HOA mailings?
PDF is preferred for artwork; AI, InDesign and high-resolution images are also accepted. Mailing lists can be Excel or CSV, including exports from AppFolio, Buildium or CINC. Confirm required columns and version labels before supplying the list.
Do you work with HOA management companies?
Yes. Keep each community, edition, quantity and approved version identified. The shop can discuss recurring print and mailing work, with billing and scheduling arrangements confirmed for your account.
