Welcome to Forest Printing & Copying, Inc. ("Forest Printing," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.forest-printing.com (the "Site") and our printing services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Forest Printing provides commercial and digital printing services, including but not limited to:

• Business cards, brochures, and marketing materials
• Large format printing (banners, signs, vehicle wraps)
• NCR forms and carbonless printing
• HOA newsletter printing and mailing services
• Graphic design and pre-press services
• Direct mail and fulfillment services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

For most orders, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for:

• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
• Color accuracy (Note: colors may vary between screen display and printed output)
• Image quality and resolution
• Layout and design elements
• Accuracy of all content

Once you approve a proof, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Payment is due upon order placement unless alternative payment terms have been arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For established business accounts, we may offer net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.

Past due accounts may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to hold orders and suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forest Printing's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by you, internet or technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You retain all ownership rights to your content and designs. By submitting files to us, you grant Forest Printing a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing printing services to you.

Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forest Printing, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Content you submit for printing
• Your use of our Services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
