A clear specification, an approved proof and a confirmed schedule. Here’s how to prepare for your next job.
STAGE 01
Tell us about the job.
Share what you’re printing, the quantity and when you need it. Size, paper stock, sides and finishing help us put together the quote. For a repeat order, include the previous job number or a sample and tell us what has changed.

Have a deadline? Call the shop to check availability before making plans around a production date.
STAGE 02
Agree the details. Approve the proof.
Confirm the specifications, price and timing with the shop. Review the text, layout and versions before approving production. If matching an existing printed piece matters, bring a sample and discuss the proof options for your job.

Need artwork help? Design services start at $75/hour. We’ll quote design or file-repair work before starting it.
STAGE 03
Bring the piece to life.
The approved job details guide printing and finishing. The production route depends on the stock, quantity and finish. Tell us about changes before approving the final version, so the shop can confirm their effect on the job.

Production timing is confirmed for the actual job. A rush request or an artwork upload does not reserve a completion date.
STAGE 04
Confirm the handoff.
Arrange pickup, delivery or mailing with the shop. For association mailings, confirm the piece count, versions, mailing instructions and any return-envelope requirements. We’ll confirm the mailing preparation and handoff schedule for the job.
