Supabase (Quote Data Storage)

Quote request data submitted through our online quote assistant is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. This includes your contact information, project specifications, and quote details. Tawk.to (Live Chat)

We use Tawk.to to provide live chat support on our website. When you use our chat feature, Tawk.to may collect your name, email address, chat messages, IP address, browser information, and pages visited.   • Customer order records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics): Retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity): Retained for up to 30 days
  • Live chat transcripts (Tawk.to): Retained for up to 1 year for customer service improvement
  • Email communications: Retained for up to 3 years after last interaction
