We've been printing and installing vehicle wraps in Orange County since 1979. Every install happens in our climate-controlled bay — 68-72°F, low humidity — because vinyl adhesion and conformability depend on temperature. We use 3M IJ180Cv3 and Avery MPI 1105 cast films with matched overlaminates, and every panel gets post-heated and edge-sealed before the vehicle leaves our shop.
What You Get at Forest Printing
Climate-Controlled Installation
Our install bay is held at 68-72°F year-round. Vinyl applied outside this range develops adhesion failures within months. Temperature-controlled wrapping means your panels stay down.
Post-Heat & Edge Seal
Every edge, recess, and compound curve gets post-heated to activate 3M adhesive memory. Edges are sealed with primer where needed. This is what separates wraps that last 5+ years from ones that peel in 6 months.
3M & Avery Cast Vinyl
3M IJ180Cv3 and Avery MPI 1105 are cast films — they conform to curves and recesses without shrinking back. Calendered vinyl is cheaper but fails on compound curves. We only use cast.
Vehicle-Specific Templates
We design on manufacturer templates for 1,000+ makes and models. Your graphics are laid out to the exact body lines, handle cutouts, and emblem positions of your vehicle — not stretched to fit.
Fleet Volume Pricing
Fleet vehicle wraps cost less per unit — 10-20% off for 3+ vehicles. We coordinate design, production, and scheduling so your fleet rolls out with consistent branding on a predictable timeline.
OEM Paint Protection
Cast vinyl acts as a sacrificial barrier — it absorbs rock chips, UV exposure, and minor scratches instead of your factory paint. Remove the wrap in 3-7 years and the paint underneath looks like the day it was applied.
