Common questions

How quickly can I get yard signs and open house materials printed?

Yard signs typically take 2–3 business days. Same-day rush may be available for print-ready open house materials when the schedule allows. Send the items, quantities and needed date; call the shop for an urgent order.

What yard sign materials hold up best in Orange County weather?

For temporary displays, ask about 4mm corrugated plastic and UV lamination. Aluminum composite is another option for longer use. The site, mounting and exposure affect the right choice, so include those details when requesting a quote.

Can you print and mail just-sold postcards for me?

Yes. Send the quantity, stock preference, mailing list and needed date. We confirm printing, preparation, postage and the USPS handoff schedule.

Do you offer design help for real estate marketing materials?

Yes. We can work from Canva files or brokerage templates, or help with listing brochures, postcards and stationery layouts. Design is $75/hour, quoted before work begins.

What file formats do you accept for real estate printing?

PDF is preferred; AI, PSD and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files are also accepted. Use 300 DPI images and 0.125-inch bleed for print-ready artwork. In Canva, choose PDF Print. Ask the shop to check the file requirements for your selected product.
