Before you order
Common questions
How far in advance should we order graduation programs?
Aim to supply files 2–3 weeks before the ceremony, leaving time to check names, review the proof and print. Rush production may be possible in 3–5 business days. Confirm availability before setting the final file deadline.
Can you print yearbooks for small schools?
Yes. Runs can start at 25 copies. Saddle stitching may suit shorter books of up to about 80 pages, depending on paper; perfect binding is another option for longer books. Send the page count, stock preference and quantity so we can confirm a suitable binding.
What types of sports banners do you produce?
Options include 2x6, 3x5 and 3x8-foot vinyl banners, plus custom sizes. Common uses are team rosters, championships, Senior Night and sponsor recognition. Tell us whether the banner is indoors or outside so we can confirm the material, UV protection and mounting.
Do you work with PTAs and booster clubs?
Yes. We print newsletters, event flyers, fundraiser materials, banquet programs and certificates. Identify the organization and approval contact when ordering, and confirm billing arrangements and any recurring schedule with the shop.
Can you print tickets and raffle materials for school fundraisers?
Yes. We can quote sequentially numbered event tickets, single or multi-part raffle tickets, bid sheets and programs. For a larger event, include invitations, table numbers and thank-you cards in the same request.
