Common questions about requesting a quote and our process
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Our team reviews requests during business hours, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM. Timing depends on the specifications and checks your project needs. For a time-sensitive job, call (949) 951-7000 to confirm availability.
Do I need to have artwork ready to get a quote?
No! You can request a quote at any stage of your project. If you have artwork files, upload them for a more accurate quote. If not, describe your project and we can provide pricing ranges and discuss design services.
What file formats should I upload?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG files. PDFs with embedded fonts and outlined text are preferred. You can upload up to 10 files, 25 MB each. For anything larger, submit your request and email the artwork to info@forest-printing.com.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. We offer small minimums on many items and can accommodate smaller runs for certain products. Offset printing typically requires higher quantities (500+). Ask us about your specific needs.
Can you beat another printer's price?
Share the specifications as well as the price. We can compare quantity, stock, sides, finishing and delivery so you understand what each quote includes. We do not promise to match every price.
Do you charge for quotes or proofs?
Request a quote to discuss the job. Our team will explain proof options and any design, file-repair or physical-proof charges before that work starts.
