Programs and keepsakes for a service
Bring the text and photos you have, along with the service date. We work directly with families and funeral homes, and provide a proof before printing. You are welcome to bring photos to the Laguna Hills counter.
Funeral programs
Two common formats are:
- 8.5 × 11 inches folded to 5.5 × 8.5: Four half-letter pages.
- 11 × 17 inches folded to 8.5 × 11: Four full-size pages, with nested sheets for a longer program.
Single-sheet orders of service, folded cards and longer booklets are also available. Programs are quoted by page count, stock and quantity.
If you have text and photos but no layout, design is $75/hour. A single program is commonly estimated at 1–2 hours, with the work agreed before it begins.

Send the largest photo file available. We review whether it is suitable for the intended poster size before printing. Ask about an easel-ready board or a paper print for a frame.
Prayer cards and other pieces
Wallet-size prayer cards, memorial cards, thank-you cards, bookmarks and register inserts can use the same photo and design as the program. Typical card runs are 50–300, with stock and finishing quoted alongside the other pieces.
Funeral homes can ask about a business account so invoices go to the home. Confirm the account and billing arrangements with the shop.
What to send
- Approved names, dates, order of service, obituary and any readings.
- Original high-resolution photos, where available.
- Quantity: plan around the expected guests and any family keepsakes.
- The service date, time and pickup deadline.
- An existing print-ready PDF, if you have one, with embedded fonts and 0.125-inch bleed.
If time is short
Call (949) 951-7000 first. Standard production is estimated at 2–3 business days; same-day work depends on the schedule and approved files. We will confirm whether the deadline is workable.
Choose one person to review the proof, especially names and dates. Pickup is at 23011 Moulton Pkwy, Suite A-1, Laguna Hills, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. Ask whether free local delivery on orders $50 and up fits the destination and schedule.

Can you help when we only have photos and text?
Yes. Send the content and images, or bring them to the counter. We agree the layout work first; design is $75/hour or as quoted for the job.
Will we see a proof?
Yes. Review names, dates, text, photos and page order before approving production. Ask about reviewing a printed proof at the counter if that is easier.
