Include the surface and planned display period when requesting a material. Outdoor exposure, foot traffic and removal needs affect the choice. Ask about material options up to 120 inches seamless width; the available width depends on the product.
One location or a store rollout
For several stores, keep the versions and destinations in one list:
- Store name and delivery address.
- Graphic dimensions and quantities at that location.
- Artwork version and approved proof.
- Packing labels, shipping requirements and needed date.
- Installation contact and site requirements.
For 10 or more locations, request a volume quote. Production, packing and shipping are agreed for the job; warehousing or an ordering portal requires a separate scope.
Before you order
Send a photo of the surface, dimensions and artwork if available. Confirm permissions and installation requirements with the property manager or installer. For floor graphics, identify the flooring and cleaning conditions so the material and laminate can be reviewed.
Standard production is estimated at 3–5 business days. Call to check a 48-hour rush request before committing to a campaign date.

How long will the graphics last?
Material, exposure, surface and care affect service life. Ask for the specification and removal guidance for the selected product rather than relying on a single lifespan for every graphic.
Can you match our brand colors?
Send Pantone references or a printed swatch. We discuss the material, print process and proof options before production.
Can you manage a multi-store order?
Send the versions, quantities and destinations in one list. We confirm the packing and shipping scope, with a volume quote available for 10 or more locations.
Can floor graphics go on any floor?
The flooring, surface condition, cleaning and foot traffic need review. Send those details before ordering; confirm material suitability and installation requirements for the actual location.
