Tell us the booth dimensions, what hardware you already own and when the venue accepts deliveries. We can quote replacement graphics, a display or a coordinated package, including the shipping arrangements you need.

10 × 10 starter kit

Other options include tabletop stands, 8-, 10- and 20-foot pop-ups, modular SEG systems and backlit graphics. Material options extend to 120 inches seamless width; the frame and graphic specification determine the finished piece.

Send the details that affect fit
Include the hardware brand/model, graphic template, booth plan, artwork and show-services instructions. If you are replacing graphics, send photographs of the frame and its connections. Agree direct-to-venue or advance-warehouse delivery before ordering.

Common questions
Can you ship to a convention center?
We can arrange venue or advance-warehouse delivery. Send the event’s receiving instructions, labels and cutoff dates. Confirm shipping charges and whether the published free-shipping-over-$500 offer applies to your order.
Can I replace graphics on an existing display?
Often, but the dimensions and fittings must match. Send the frame model, template and photos so we can check the replacement before quoting.
Do you offer rentals?
Ask about rental availability for the specific display system or furniture. The quote should identify the hardware, graphics, cases, rental period and return arrangements.
How much lead time should I allow?
Start about four weeks ahead for a complete booth. Rush graphics may be possible in 48 hours; some packages need two weeks or more. Confirm the components, approvals and venue delivery date with the shop.
Can I order a backlit display?
Ask about LED pop-ups, SEG lightboxes or illuminated hanging signs. We confirm the frame, graphic material, power and shipping requirements for your booth.
